Background:

Central de Intercâmbio, one of the biggest cultural exchange companies in Brazil, wanted to increase their mobile site traffic.

The biggest challenge was to impact young target using a very traditional medium: print ad.

Execution:

We designed personalized flags for our 3 most requested countries: USA, Spain and Germany. Each flag was formed by several QR codes, which delivered exclusive information about each country. People just needed to cut the ad out the magazine and take it to their next trip. Using their mobile phones, they were able to scan each code and get exclusive information about the country.

Results:

- Our ad appeared in over 50 sites globally, such as NY Times, TrendHunter and CCSP.

- Over 20.000 interactions through the QR Codes.

- 30% traffic increase
