Always finding himself in need of a rag while doing housework, Steve naturally reaches for an old T-shirt. Unfortunately, most t-shirts he grabs are off the backs of his neighbors. Luckily for him, they have decided to share Scott’s Rags in a Box, supplying Steve with rags at all times.
