Film opens on a young man, saying “I became an actor because of MTR Rawa Idli.” Flashback - he is dressing up to go to office while his mother is making Rawa Idli. He touches her feet and she stuffs Idli into his mouth. He steps out with his mouth full. Some people stop and talk to him. Excited, he nods his head. Next thing we see him acting as Hanuman (monkey faced Indian God) in the Raam Lila, a local play. He thanks MTR for it.
