Real Talk is a political and social education series that discusses diverse perspectives represented in the Black American community on a variety of topics, starting with the all important 2020 Presidential Election. We covered everything from voter suppression, racial disparities in education, civic engagement and policy reform as it related to the ballot. The series is hosted by social commentator and regular CNN correspondent, Angela Rye, and she is joined by a range of Jordan Brand athletes (Chris Paul, Tyrann Matheiu), influencers (Fat Joe), activists (Baratunde Thurston, Brittany Packnett-Cunningham) and social justice experts (David Johns, Herman Felton Jr.) for discussion. Through conversation and verifiable data, Real Talk aims to promote advocacy and awareness, as well as create actionable solutions to the issues currently affecting the Black community.
