Background
Despite the efforts made worldwide to put an end to sexism, it is still present, even in the press, a simple question can be loaded with sexism.
Idea
El Tiempo, the biggest newspaper in the country exposed several sexist questions made to successful women, and ignited a conversation from the voice of some of the most respected journalists in the country to invite people to tag those women in Social Media and Reask those questions.
Then we turned all of these questions into TV and Print Ads, and even made a special edition of our newspaper giving voice to many women in several articles that highlighted the problem.
