Description

We needed a concept that would break through election clutter and engage the average low-involvement voter. Given the subject matter is relatively obscure and dense, our approach was to use humorous scenarios to illustrate that there are consequences if you don't understand what is being asked of you. The campaign concept is titled Understand the Question.
