Description
To encourage people with hair loss problems to use Regaine.
Execution
A mailing, which featured the unique comb, was targeted to prospective customers who had previously requested information material. Hair loss is often quite a heavy topic for this group. In order to put them at ease dealing with this issue, we proposed a fun test and offered a positive outlook on a full head of hair.
Outcome
After the comb was sent out, first-time usage of Regaine was increased by 26%.
