In the Announcement :30, we see Captain Obvious “Somewhere Important” in the US. He’s behind a podium, speaking to reporters. He’s heard there was a race for President and decided to run. The camera pulls out and the podium he is behind is actually attached to a treadmill, and he’s running on it. He announces that he’s fit for the job because he’s seen the other candidates and they don’t seem very fit at all. Throughout his run he’ll be supported Hotels.com, because they believe things should be simple and easy, just like Captain Obvious.
