The Brazilian Carnaval is a national holiday that lasts four days. The people dance in the streets, put on costumes, drink a lot and at times allow themselves to do things that they don't do day-to-day, such as casual sex. The Municipal Government of Curitiba is taking advantage of these funny and real situations to promote the use of condoms.
