OVERVIEW

Execution

Sets of replica Lotto balls were created then placed in laundrette tumble dryers across Sydney and its surrounding suburbs. The laundrettes allowed us to hire the dryers for the days leading up to the $4 million draw.

The Lotto ball tumble dryers went for hours (on a cold setting!) allowing the idea to be seen and enjoyed by hundreds of laundrette customers each day.

Outcome

The idea was seen and enjoyed by thousands of people across Sydney and its surrounding suburbs leading up to the draw. People’s reactions were overwhelmingly positive; with almost everyone surveyed and confirming their next stop was to buy a ticket for the $4 million draw. The client was delighted with the reaction of the public and impressed with a limited budget their brand was able to create such a buzz in the community. The promotion surpassed their expectations and got everyone who saw the idea walking away talking about Lotto’s upcoming $4 million draw.
