Description

Anima Naturalis is in a constant battle in favour of our planet’s well-being. Special attention has been drawn to the issue of global warming and its direct impact on the growing consumption of power around the world.Our challenge was to develop a creative idea that would fight against the overwhelming waste of energy today.

Execution

Most people tend to leave their computers on for long minutes and even hours without really using them. With that in mind we created a screensaver that showed the harm that this brings to nature in the short term.

How did we do it? Using a data base we sent an e-mail with an image-link to the site www.animanaturalis.org where the screensaver could be downloaded.

Outcome

From a total number of 5000 people in the data base, 4320 opened the e-mail and 3559 visited the website and downloaded the screensaver on their computers. Also during the period of this campaign the number of visits to the website was doubled.
