Even though it was 2017 and apps were making everything faster and easier, millions of Americans were still trying to sell their car by leaving a handwritten for-sale sign with their phone number in their car window. So, whenever we saw one, we called the phone number on the sign and told the seller we thought what they were doing was kind of dumb, especially now that they could be selling their car on letgo. Then we aired those phone calls on the radio.
