Description

To bring the brand’s Go Beyond platform to life, we took inspiration from a vault of real-life Sheraton service stories. There are over100,000 Sheraton Associates worldwide who strive every day to improve their guests stays, and as such, have created legendary stories in the process.

The film “The Deep” is a reflection of the exceptionally great lengths Sheraton Associates will go. A fully clothed man plunges into the inky depths of a vast body of water and sets out intently to fulfill a mysterious mission. Only when he breaks the surface is it revealed that he is a Sheraton Associate in a hotel pool, who has rescued a stuffed bunny for a sorrowful young girl at poolside. Our aim with this film was to introduce Go Beyond to the world and to imbue it with meaning. That there is no thoughtful service gesture too small. No customer insignificant. And that heroes are, indeed, born of actions of the heart.
