Project description: Siemens mobile offers its worldwide customers a range of demanding solutions and products covering the entire mobile service sector: mobile phones including a variety of accessories, cordless phones and telephone systems, smart phones, cellular modules, base station systems and intelligent networks, call processing software, applications and comprehensive services. With regard to this Siemens is one of the global market leaders in the mobile sector. 21TORR was entrusted with the conception and development of a webspecial for the purpose of introducing the new business phone SL45i. This webspecial mainly aims at conveying a picture of the unique advantages of this java-based mobile phone with a particular emphasis on the top 'java for mobile phones'. The microsite, which has completely been realised in Macromedia Flash, provides detailed information on the java technology applied in the field of mobile phones. The website attends to typical application scenarios and explains the process of loading java applications. By doing so the benefits of this technology offered to the users are presented in a clear and comprehensible way. Target group: interested customers and potential buyers of Java Phones.
