My mission is to make the daily, mundane must-do's as swift and trouble-free as possible, says Peter Westering, Creative Director, Mogul. Mogul.com helped SkandiaBanken develop well-awarded Internet Service. Three years in a row the SkandiaBanken has been awarded the prestigious prize Best Bank by the magazine Privata Affarer. They do get the award for their Internet Service, which is centred on simplicity, customer orientation and usability. SkandiaBanken was also recently awarded best Online Bank by the major Internet magazine Internet World, Mogul is responsible for interface design and interface development. The Internet Service simplifies the banking of the SkandiaBanken customers. To do banking services like checking the balance of your account or paying bills must be simple and effortless. The service will have to be so complete in terms of functionality that only in exceptional cases should the customer need to contact a handling officer at SkandiaBanken. The service is so complete the handling officers and bank personnel use it in their daily work. When the customers call the bank, the handling officers already have the customers banking commitments and services on screen. SkandiaBanken is the leading niche Bank in Scandinavia.
