Without any paid media support this execution alone garnered 12.3 million social media impressions, and was featured on Mashable.com, and was even nominated for the People’s Choice Webby Award. Moreover, our viewers loved the novelty of the experience, spending an average of one minute, 20 seconds with the ad. As part of our larger ongoing advertising efforts for Skittles, this execution contributed to near double digit sales growth for the corresponding period.
