VODAFONE PORTUGAL SMS CARDS LAUNCHVodafone Portugal broadcasted three dynamic sms messages (Cannon/Kid/Plane) in successive days to its younger customer base, advertising the launch of its new sms cards service.
The novelty factor, combined with absolute ease of use and in-phone practical demonstrations resulted in an immediate response rate of over 40%.
Vodafone recovered its investment in this project a mere 3 weeks (yes, less than one month) after launch.
