Description

Zopa is a new financial model – ‘social lending’ – bringing ‘lenders’ and ‘borrowers’ together in a space that facilitates person-to-person lending, with security and minimal risk.We designed a site that talks to ‘real’ people on a level that makes explaining the Zopa proposition far easier – real users interact and explain the uses for which they lend and borrow money, through a series of avatars that populate the home page and have associated behaviours and ‘owner’ comments.

The site navigates the tricky balance between connectedness and personality, getting across the concept of ‘social lending’ whilst feeling trustworthy, reliable and secure.
