One weekend, a CD of Ambiance & Chill Out music called “The Sound of Dreams” was handed out to people who were out in the area or drinking in the streets.When they played the CD at home, they heard the very situation that the neighbours of the district have to live with every night: all the voices, shouting and other annoying noises that they cause when they go out drinking in the Carmen area (all recorded live in the neighbourhood).

Outcome

Thanks to this action, many pubs of the area decided not to allow people take drinks outside and the youngsters having fun there were more aware of the situation and decided to change their disrespectful habits. So the neighbours enjoyed some peaceful nights.
