Description
We looked for an opportunity to use the thermochromatic ink to contribute to the concept instead of just using it as an embellishment.
Execution
In hot summer months, many consumers seek out cold beverages. We wanted to celebrate the Coca-Cola drinking experience by uniting it with the idea of ice-cold refreshment. We focused on the historic bell glass shape, which is over 84 years old and has become a symbol for the brand. We then used the thermochromatic ink to reveal ice cubes within the glass when chilled. The ice cubes turn Georgia Green, the color of Coca-Cola’s trademarked Contour Bottle.
