In contrast to the sweetened drinks that leave one feeling heavy, our sorbets are almost fat-free, which means one feels light after having them. What better way to convey this than making a girl drinking our sorbet float in mid-air in a busy market?For this, we availed the services of a magician. This activity was carried out in select shopping hubs frequented by health-conscious people. Passers-by were handed out pamphlets at the site. These pamphlets, in addition to giving information about the product, also entitled the bearer to a 10% discount, thus urging people to visit the city outlets.

Outcome

This activity was covered by the city’s press and cable channels. Circulation of SMSes added to the publicity. A large percentage of the discount coupons distributed were redeemed at the outlets. This resulted in a significant increase in sales (over 62% compared to the previous month) of not only the sorbets but other offerings as well. Happy with the response, the client has decided to take the ‘floating girl’ activity to other cities where the company is launching its outlets.
