Description
The sounds of washing machines, refrigerators, vacuum cleaner are 24-hour-a-day without stop in everyday life of consumers. Consumers often feel the sounds as noises. However, changing the sounds of appliances into white noise named “Sound Therapy” which can be absolutely helpful in daily life.
Execution
Produced
We executed advertisement in relation to customers’ life cycle such as sound helping digestion after lunchtime, sound that soothes babies in the morning and the likes. When it comes to radio ads, customers could download sound sources suggested via sound catching from mobile application so that they can use it whenever they need sound therapy during daily life.
Outcome
These ads have broken the customers’ stereotype on sounds from home appliances; as noise or have no meaning, and furthermore make them regard those sounds to be helpful. This change led to increasing familiarity among products from Samsung Electronics and even making the image of “Brand that makes customer relaxed and give comforts".
