The film opens on a salesman in a store draped in a saree, seemingly convincing his customer on the quality of his stock. We cut from salesman to customer seeing the usual back and forth, but instead of hearing them negotiate, the scene is overlayed with the popular filmy song ‘Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava’(What Do You Say?) – a disco dance track, contextual in name but the opposite of what’s really happening.

The scene cuts to the customer who is also a part of the song overlay as she turns to talk to her son. This makes him come out of his zone by taking off his headphones. He pauses the song on his phone to find that she’s asking if he likes the saree too. He nods with a smile and goes back to Spotify that helps him put a music filter on life, making wait times bearable.
