Background
The daily newspaper is perfectly suited for running ads that are localized and immediate. We used that fact to our advantage. We showed how useful our truck can be by co-opting another ad — one for a local tree stump removal business — and pulling the stump right out of the ad, thus creating a unique and localized demo of the capability of the all-new Silverado.
