This film played within Pins on Pinterest during the holidays, specifically on Pinterest boards loaded with expensive, unnecessary gift items that people might be tempted to purchase, given that Pinterest had recently become shoppable. In the film, a group of carolers did something very unusual for Pinterest – they gestured to the high-end items in the Pins surrounding them, seemingly aware of them, and offered a festive warning about the perils of Pinterest overspending.
