• Situation: Unemployment among persons with disabilities is currently as high as 80% in some countries due to a range of systemic barriers which prevent their business inclusion.

• Brief: To create a film which highlights the benefit of Collective Action, and the power of partners and companies working together against system barriers.

• Objectives: Provide a rallying cry to the business community to accelerate their work to end disability exclusion and hold themselves accountable, and act as an invitation to the SYNC25 accountability summit to be held in Tokyo on 3rd December 2025.

So much went into making this beautiful film. It had to be about highlighting dynamic movement in stunning frames and laying a moving piece of music over the top. That’s what such a worthy cause deserved, and I think we delivered on that.

Since its creation, the Valuable 500 has achieved its goal of getting 500 multinational organisations to make a public commitment to disability inclusion in their organisation, igniting a historic global movement for a new age of diversity in business.

By engaging with the world’s most influential business leaders and brands, the network now has a market cap of over $23 trillion, combined revenues of over $8 trillion and employs a staggering 22 million people worldwide. It includes 15 iconic global CEOs and companies who will be spearheading the programmes and services to be offered under Phase 2 of the transformation programme ahead of the SYNC25 summit.

Whilst the campaign is still in progress, the Valuable 500 has already confirmed the attendance of over 400 companies at the SYNC25 accountability summit, including 50 CEOs, and has also confirmed the Prime Minister of Japan and Governor of Tokyo to open the summit.
