This is a campaign made of real calls to real people who had reservations for restaurants, theater, hotels, and houses, that then we turned into radio spots with tailor-made closing lines.
On the call, just a few minutes before the reservation time, customers were told that their reservation was about to be cancelled because it was just taken by someone else who just turned up unexpectedly.
No one else should take somebody else’s reserved spot.
