The film shows a man washing an enormous old car using a hose and a bucket with soap. He washes everything meticulously. In a sequence of cuts we see him throw water, soap the car up, dry and wax it, in detail. When all the hard work is finally over, we see a bird dropping fall straight on the hood of the car.

The guy looks up and surprisingly throws the bucket of water on the car again. We realize that only because of a little bit of dirt, he has decided to wash the entire car again.
