Description

Foreign tourism in Bogotá increased 30% last year. In 2014 more than 1,500,000 foreigners came to town. But every time a foreigner boarded a taxi in Bogotá, he found a little problem; none of the 170,000 taxi drivers in Bogotá speak English, not even to say: Hello Mr!

We created the only English course for taxi drivers issued by radiotelephone. Using its RF (radio frequency) they were be able to hear small capsules with speaking exercises that helped them interact with the new wave of foreigners visiting Bogotá.

We gave something our drivers needed; talk to tourists in English, and received something we needed; they re-using the radio and not just apps. The radiotelephone service increased by 300% and today, it continues growing.

Execution
