Description
'Phone every Friday in October and November at just 50% of the standard tariff: a practical idea for your company from SCF'. In addition to this practical idea, the mailing also contained a practical gift which will certainly have a long life in offices: a counter card with five ‘Post-it’ pads (for Monday to Friday). Thus the counter card fulfils its function as a reminder. The Swiss German word for 'counter card' also means 'good news'.

- Reduction of use of alternatives by customers (during discount period) = 10%- Increased traffic = 1.48% = + 200% compared to target.
