Description
Each mailing is a single copy, made by hand. This symbolises the estimation of the receiver. As material, we took drapery to get a link to the theme of the event - sailing. Additionally the extraordinary material is attracting a lot of of attention between the other letters of a member of the management board.
Outcome
More than the half of the invited persons came to the relative events.(1,900 participants from 3,300 invitations=57%!!).This high response generated a occupancy for all VIP event over 95%. Even persons with a filled appointment calendar took time and came to the event.A post-impact analyse showed a excellent rating of the VIPs for the creative criteria, invitation mechanism and the comprehensibility of the mailing.
