Over the last few years, football (or ‘Soccer’ as it’s still referred to down under) has gained popularity to such an extent it’s now the most played sport by kids in Australia. Optus (a brand that has used animals for over a decade in its advertising) has played a part in this resurgence by funding all aspects of football, from grass-roots level teams all the way to the national squad. This commercial was created to celebrate Optus’ involvement in football whilst displaying the sheer visceral excitement of the beautiful game.
