Description

The conciliatory advert is the first radio ad that brings back together hundreds of couples at the same time.

Thanks to data and national statistics, we created the combination of elements which more couples can feel identified with, sending a peaceful apparently personalized message to people, but actually engaging many people.

The ad was broadcasted on September 2015 and, if data don´t lie, more than 318 couples are together nowadays thanks to us. The rest should keep on buying our wonderful bouquets.

Execution

As if it was an equation, we combined the variables to make the most conciliatory direct message on radio. This is the result:

"This is a message from Interflora for Laura García. Laura: David is really sorry. He called yesterday to order a bouquet, but we don’t think that even our flowers could express how sorry he is. He told us that he'd finally realized that you two shoud’ve talked more, that he should’ve listened more to you. And he also told us that he longed for everything to be O.K again and for you two to return to London, where you were so happy together during that holiday.

If you aren’t David and your girlfriend is not Laura, we’re sorry. You should keep sending flowers."

Outcome

We made people talk about Interflora again.

The brand perception increased by 25%.

We received some calls from Lauras García, thanking us for the ad.
