In this spot we also meet a man called Tarjei Borgen. This is a reference to a Norwegian named Terje Bogen.

Terje Bogen was the man who gave our national hero; Oddvar Brå a new pole when he broke one of his own during a sprint for the gold medal in the world championship back in 1982.

Even today there is a phrase in the Norwegian language who is: Where were you when Brå, broke his pole.
