Ipanema has a very strong competitor, Havaianas, that in addition to being segment leaders, has famous and expensive campaigns on TV and in print.
The solution was to take advantage of a different medium than those used by the competitor, with a very low cost, and with a big potential return, since it was at the point of sale.
Outcome
The project is still in effect, but the majority of the stores have already asked to renew their stock, which in years past took twice as long as this year. In any case, the result that really deserves mention is an 1800% increase in the self-esteem of our customers.
