We open in a beautiful landscape north in Norway, a goat is overlooking the view while she sings the chorus of the Tina Turner classic "Simply the Best" -- "I'm simply the best, better than all the rest, better than anyone ..." -and her voice is very impressive. That is, until we cut to the farmers point of view. While the goat stands there bleating (still thinking she is a wonderful singer) an announcer intones: "It's easy to think highly of yourself when you make such good cheese."
