Background
Most professional utility vehicles are essentially identical. Same chassis, same shape, same engine. Usually all that changes is the logo on the hood. Which is why Citroen knew that for the launch of their new Professional Range, we needed our advertising to be a point of differentiation. We set out to make a truly creative, comedic piece that captured the feeling of having a car that’s your perfect partner - in tune with your every move.
Execution
Very simply, we witness a utility worker performing an exquisitely choreographed ice dance in partnership with his Citroen e-Berlingo Utility Vehicle to the tune of Joe Cocker’s iconic “Up Where We Belong”. The dance takes place in a frozen dreamscape, away from the hustle and bustle of the real world.
Outcome
The film came out on April 7 so we do not have any information on the impact yet.
