We found a way to gain control over the story salespeople tell consumers about our Smart TVs. How? By creating our own sales force! Empathetic, professional, 100% Samsung and… virtual. Designed to demonstrate all product benefits in a playful and interactive way. The Samsung Smart Adviser tells our story precisely the way we want it told – consistently, in any shop anywhere in the world. It gives consumers the best personal sales advice, both verbally and by email, so they leave the store with a Samsung Smart TV that best fits their needs.
Outcome
Since the Samsung Smart Adviser was launched on 23 March 2013, it’s too soon to report any detailed results. However, feedback from both staff and customers in stores has been extremely positive. Samsung will implement the Smart Adviser in several more stores in the Netherlands and eventually in other countries as well.
