Execution

After receiving recordings from over 300 employees across the globe, we grouped the submissions into 3 categories.

The front row: employees that sang fairly on key. These voices were kept as close to the original recording as possible, and take the lead in accentuating the melody.

The middle row: employees that sort of hit the mark. They are slightly blended with room reverb to be used as the general body to the melody.

The back row: employees that really tried but we were slightly turned down in the mix, and blended heavily with reverb. These voices are less noticeable in the melody but add an incredible depth in the mix, creating the big stadium feel.

Overall, this approach to sound design ensured that voices from the global Haleon team were heard through the brand’s sonic identity, further cementing Haleon as a brand which stands for Health, with Humanity.
