Description

The campaign was relevant to the client, who reached the people they needed to donate or donate more often. The target audience got encouraged to donate after seeing the campaign video or after receiving the Yellow Hanger. And more importantly they were reminded to donate the moment they were in front of their closet.

Execution

We all keep too many clothes in our wardrobes. Things that don’t fit, things we haven’t worn for years. By entering people’s wardrobes, the yellow hanger is a constant reminder to give clothes that they no longer wear - every time they open their wardrobe. Poverty charity Les Petits Riens asked Belgians (to reveal their unworn clothes?) by putting them on a yellow hanger for a trial period. If they remain on the hanger without ever being worn, just donate them.

Outcome

• 15.000 hangers gone in 1 week.

• Constant increase of donations by 18%.

• Collections are made daily now instead of weekly.

• A new donation habit has been installed.
