Description
Potential customers were given a direct mailer with a jigsaw puzzle enclosed. The puzzle was a picture of the Toyota Hilux. The pieces that had the Toyota Hilux printed on them remained securely intact and could not be broken off from the rest of the jigsaw puzzle.
Outcome
Operation hours at Toyota's showrooms had to be extended to handle the overwhelming number of enquiries.
