Description
Competing against the airlines, the strategy was to initiate a new dialogue with our target to position ourselves as the experts in train travel, and not just ticket resellers. The concept was executed by creating a lifelike virtual train ride combined with testimonials from real customers.
Our team travelled by train to gather stories and testimonials from dozens of passengers for the website.The “Rail Europe Journeys” microsite is an invitation to take a virtual train ride before buying a ticket or a rail pass. A distinctive technical feature is the seamless integration of video into the transitions.
