For years now there’s been a misperception about The General. Some consumers saw our past advertising as cheap and cheesy, and so they assumed that our insurance was low quality. But that’s just not who we are. And so— to shed this baggage, we met consumers where they were and addressed the issue head-on.
In ‘Call Center’, the Boss realizes he overlooked a star employee - all because he misjudged The General due to its past commercials. It turns out, the employee was right all along: The General is a quality insurance company that’s been saving people money for nearly 60 years.
