Description

We created a software that analysed the text on closed captioning in real time and that allowed us to adjust the creatives in our always on digital media campaign live. While the consumer watches his TV Show, TV DATA Software reads the closed captioning in the server. Key words related to food activated specific digital media messages through DSP, impacting the consumers on second screen.

Execution

By reading and understanding what the TV shows were talking about, we could respond in real time by delivering different creative messages all day long, pursuing higher relevance and making sure we were triggering better consumer responses.

Outcome

Time spent in the brand’s website increased 16.8%.

Bounce rate decreased 12%.

Page visit inside the brand’s website grew 27%.
