OVERVIEW

Description

To ignite interest, we offered people a glimpse of the drama the shows have to offer, in a way that is simple for everyone to understand independently of their language.

Execution

We created a series of posters, where the Opera show titles revealed part of the storyline. This way, in one quick glance, people could know more about the show, get intrigued about the outcome, and buy tickets more confidently.

Each illustration took into consideration the costumes of each play, the time period, and the characters.

Outcome

The series of posters became a new way of promoting any show the National Theatre has to offer in the future. With Typopera, the theatre saw an increase in interest in the plays we advertised.
