Description
Everyday twenty-two American veterans take their lives due to PTSD.
To send a message of hope, we reconstructed the voice of one of them, using recordings provided by his family.
This is what is airing on the radio.
Mission 22 is an organization that was created to raise awareness for the fact that 22 American veterans commit suicide every day due to PTSD, TBI, and the effects of war. In 2013 Sgt. Clay Ward took his own life, but he left behind several recordings in which he discussed his post war-struggles. With the help of his family, we used the words from his story of struggle and reconstructed them into a message of hope.
