Description

In Britain, van drivers are often seen as hooligans of the road. No one likes them. Our campaign asks people, in a humorous way, to re-appraise their opinion of van drivers and realise that they are actually modern-day heroes.The voice on these commercials is the stand-up comedian Marcus Brigstocke. On the comedy circuit he is well known for his vitriolic rants aimed at various institutions, from mortgage brokers to day-time television commercials.We wanted to use his voice and his anger in an effort to stand-up to the harsh and un-deserved critisism often dealt out to Britain's white van man.
