The 400plusdifferences.com site was designed to promote all the crunchy new features in Microsoft Visual Studio 2005, a suite of programming tools for corporate software developers.
The site is based on two truths about develepments: 1) they revel in the details, and, 2) they don't think anyone understands them. So we gave them a way to geek out on all 400+ features. And we illustrated 16 of them with short films that demonstrate that we know what they're up against.
The site exceeded all expectations, with developers spending an average of 4 minutes and watching seven videos per visit.
