This Vivo commercial is one of the largest brazilian advertising projects ever made for the internet. It was filmed at Morumbi Stadium in São Paulo and during two days of filming the directors took turns directing Pelé, Rivelino and Carlos Alberto Torres and many others in the locker room, in the stands, and on the field. The commercial depicts a game between Brazil and Argentina in which the king Pelé makes his last goal for the Brazilian National Team. It’s said that the idea came from an interview given by Pelé, in which he said that his dream was to make his last goal wearing the uniform of the Brazilian National Team. This commercial involved around 250 professionals and featured casting, production and scenography crews as well as innovative equipment; the directors of photography used a Canon EOS 5D Mark II as well as a RED camera. The cast consisted of around 500 professional soccer players and extras as well as the sports analyst Osmar de Oliveira and the sports journalist Orlando Duarte who sat together with Pelé reminiscing about the old days of Brazilian soccer.
