Description

Finally stars can be associated with something positive. Instead of the old fashioned means to portray dizziness caused by a bump to the head, these stars have been awarded for excellence as the new Volkswagen has been awarded safest car in it's class.

Execution

6 days before the official release of the up! 4-door, we sent the Q-Erlkönigs on a tour through Germany (Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich and Berlin). Whoever spotted and scanned them with their smartphones, obtained the first exlusive photos of the up! 4-door. Using the share-function via Facebook and Twitter, the Q-Erlkönigs were spread in the web.

Outcome

During the first 8 days over 5,500 people discovered and scanned our Q-Erlkönigs and got the very first photos of the so far secret up! 4-door. Live on the streets or in the web. A small promotion with a big impact. Small is great. The new up!
